Lance Larson joins Team Synthetic!

Synthetic Pictures owner & executive producer, Justin Corsbie officially announced the signing of director/editor Lance Larson to the Synthetic Pictures family. Lance Larson is an award winning director and editor. His first short film "Crosswalk" won "Best Short Film" at the New York International Film Festival, USA Film Festival and Sidewalk Film Festival. Larson directed commercials for Slingshot Agency (United Way) and Square One Agency (Dallas Morning News). He also directed a promotional spot for the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (What Is Independent Film) sponsored by DEJ Productions.

Aside from directing Larson works as an editor on commercials, promos and movie trailers for Blockbuster Entertainment, DEJ Productions, MTV, Universal, Artisan, Dreamworks, Lions Gate, Slingshot Agency and Square One Agency. He has received two Telly Awards for achievement in editing.

Larson's educational background includes a BS in Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas at Austin. He studied AVID Editing at Video Symphony Institute and the Montana Edit post house. He received further training at Digital Media Solutions for Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. Currently Lance is in development with Creative Artists Agency to direct his first feature film "Invisible".
